Sizzlin’ Summer of 2013

The real estate market has definitely changed here in Southwest Florida.  We have come a long way since the Great Recession.  Hamsher Homes motto through the very difficult times was “Still Here, Still Building”!  We never closed our doors, we stepped outside the box and took on more remodeling and addition work than ever before.  But with a brand new season, this summer we have seen our new home sales explode as we have more new clients wanting a Hamsher Home than in the past several years!!!  We thank you for hanging in there with us as the housing slump is behind us!
