Love the house!!!Mark and Debra, I was so thrilled when I got to see the house on my recent trip down. It has been great to see the pictures Mark has been sending, but totally awesome to see it in person. I can’t wait for Jimmy and I to see the finished house together when we come down in May. I took lots of photos when I was down to share with Jimmy, our families and friends and they thought the house was “gorgeous”, “loved it” , “how incredible” and “fabulous” to include a few of their comments. Me I was a bit overwhelmed, but in a good way, seeing things so close to completion. I want to thank Mark for taking the time to walk thru the house with me during my visit. All your advice and guidance during the project was a tremendous help when we weren’t sure of what to do. It’s so important to have someone to rely on when you’re 1500 miles away and trying to build your retirement home. I am not much of a abstract thinker, I need to see things to know what they look like and understand how they will function. Back in December when we picked everything out for the house I did experience a bit of anxiety, but Debra kept us on track and her knowledge and expertise was much appreciated during this time.
Also all the contractors we have worked with have been great – Colin at Fulton Pools helped Jimmy get the pool design he wanted, with Stacey and Debra’s help the pool tiles, deck, railing and cage all came together to look great. They compliment the house colors so well. Fernando at Acer Granite – “wow” love the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms and even during torrential thunderstorms he and Debra sent photo’s and kept in touch to make sure we had what we wanted in our home. Leanne at Oak Farm Nursery was so great to work with, Jimmy thought the landscape and picking out plants was the most fun – I must agree with him. On my recent trip down Leanne went over our landscape design with me and even gave me a showing of all our plantings and included information about care and how the plants grow. For me that was great, because not having a green thumb, I could write it all down take photos and bring it back to Jimmy.I know that there are many more contractors who have worked on our home and those we have met during our visits stopped to introduce themselves and chat with us for a few minutes, but were quick back at work even while we walked around the house.
Well once again, thank you for keeping us up to date on the house construction and all that it entails.
I am just so thrilled with the house and can’t believe it will be done this month.
Jimmy and I look forward to coming in May to see “Our Florida Home” and “Florida Family” who helped make it happen for us.

We DID choose the best builder!Now that we have had time to “settle in”, we would like to say THANK YOU for all your help in building our beautiful new home and giving it the “Wow” factor. All of our friends are impressed with the quality and finish too. Also, a big thank you to all the sub-contractors who worked so hard to meet our requirements and time schedule.
We asked ourselves, “what do we like best about our new home?” Well, it was really difficult to choose just one thing- from the tiling throughout, the kitchen, the coffer ceilings with rope lighting, the zero-corner sliders, the “no column on the lanai”, to the clear-view pool cage- all is superb.
We are delighted and feel that we did choose the BEST BUILDER and wish you all continued success for the future.
