We conduct business in Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee Counties. Donald Hamsher, Jr., is the Certified Builder and President of Hamsher Homes Inc. He is also the Licensed Real Estate Broker and President for Hamsher Realty Inc.
Some personal accomplishments for Donald include: self employment in the building business for over 25 years, a real estate agent for over 15 years, a member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, a member of the South Gulf Cove Commercial Architectural Planning Committee, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Charlotte Desoto Building Industry Association, a member of the Board of Directors for The Commerce Connection, and many other endeavors in the local community.
Donald is a Licensed Minister with the Church of God and is very active in local ministry and international missions. He is on the Board of Directors for Life Givers International Ministries and on the Advisory Board for Suncoast Worship Center. He is also a Licensed Foster Care provider with the State of Florida. He is very compassionate about helping the people around him.
Donald has resided in the local area for over 15 years. He has been married to Lisa for over 22 years, and they have 8 children and care for foster children that are placed in their home.

Mark has been a resident in Florida since 1991 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 1993 with a Bachelor’s in Education. He has lived in Southwest Florida since 2000, when he married his wife Crystal. They have three daughters, Lianna, Lyndsey and Lacy. In 2000, Mark and his brother Don joined together to launch their company Hamsher Homes Inc. In 2011, Mark sat for the Florida real estate exam and is now an active Florida Realtor. Mark devotes his personal time to his family and South Biscayne Church, where he and Crystal have been members since 2003. He enjoys fishing the back-country shallow waters of Charlotte Harbor. Lisa is part owner with her husband, Donald and brother-in-law Mark and serves as the secretary and treasurer for Hamsher Homes, Inc. She has been married for over 22 years to Donald and they have eight beautiful children; Chelsey, Emily, Benjamin, Abigail, Elijah, Sarah, Aaron and Jacob. Lisa and Donald are also foster parents who care for children place in their home.
She is also very involved in various ministries through their local church, Suncoast Worship Center. She serves on the board of directors for Suncoast Christian Academy, Life Net Pastor and the board of directors for Life Givers International Ministries as secretary.
Lisa’s personal time is devoted to her family and the family horse ranch in Englewood. Lisa recently graduated from the Ministerial Internship Program and is currently working on her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Administration.
George Fowler joined the Hamsher Homes and Hamsher Reality Inc. family in 2010. George is a licensed Broker/Associate and member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, specializing in New Home Construction and General Real Estate in the Englewood area since 1986. He has extensive background knowledge of design and construction and will assist you in the pursuit of building your Florida Dream Home. Through Hamsher Reality Inc. he can assist you in locating that perfect building lot or purchasing an existing re-sale home. George is proud to be an active member of the Englewood Lemon Bay Sun Rise Rotary Club since 2006. [email protected]
