Hamsher Homes’ newest model home The Rose will officially open its doors. After breaking ground this spring, many changes quickly took place at 8575 Gasparilla Road, Port Charlotte, as we saw the new model transform from an unimproved lot to a beautiful, spacious, energy-saving model home.
